Driftline handles the chat transcripts and resolution data behind your customer messaging. Most of that conversation history never makes it into a report. Strand ingests it directly, so messaging trends are visible across accounts instead of buried in individual chat threads.

How it works

Add your Driftline API key and select which conversation types and resolution data to sync. Cortex ingests transcripts and events in real time and links them to the account and contact records already present elsewhere in your graph. Resolution times and outcomes become queryable alongside every other signal you track for that customer.

Configure

Manage the Driftline connection from the integrations panel, where conversation types and data fields are configured per workspace. Sensitive message content can be excluded from ingestion while still syncing resolution metadata, depending on your data handling requirements. Historical transcripts are backfilled on first connection.
